Brisingr is a great improvement over the previous two books of this series. I stress the word series, because it seems as if Paolini is determined to stretch this out as long as he can.

I concur with many other reviewers - this book's story could easily have been completed within 100-200 pages. While we travel all over Alagaesia, we really don't move very far from where we started at the beginning of the book. - Great Imagination, I love it!
Although I was disappointed that this wasn't the last book, I thought it was well written and creative. I am looking forward to seeing how the last book wraps the story up. If you like dragons and fantasy I definitely recommend reading this series.
